These APIs basically take the existing information in your databases and deploy Web forms to collect new information that updates those databases. The process goes as follows:

It all starts at Step 1 with an event or time trigger that you can customize. In Step 2, Extreme Form’s API draws any relevant customer or employee data from your native databases and pre-populates that data into the form you design in Step 3.
In step 4, you deploy your form via email or the Internet and the customer or employee responds. Extreme Form takes those responses and creates a report. Finally, in Step 5, the API takes the new customer data from the form responses and replenishes your native databases and applications.
